Jackie Lambert LMHC, NCC

Jackie started her career with Life Connections in June of 2017. She has her license in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) and is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). In her current position, Jackie provides therapy for clients in office settings and at approved schools between Cedar Rapids and Anamosa, and is the Therapy Manager at our Anamosa location.
Jackie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Northern Illinois University in 2013. In 2016, she received her Master of Counseling degree from Governors State University in Illinois, specializing in marriage and family counseling.
Jackie works with kids, couples, and families of all ages. She has additional experience with kids that have Autism and learning disabilities. She also works with clients that have anxiety, depression, have experienced trauma, infidelity in a relationship, ADHD, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, bereavement, and adjustment disorders. Jackie utilizes various techniques including: play therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and person-centered therapy.



Katie Shaull, LMSW

Katie Shaull began her career at Life Connections in November of 2018.  Katie is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and provides individual and family counseling to adults and children as well as assessments for Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS). Katie Shaull provides tele-therapy services for our Algona and Mason City offices and is also Therapy Manager for our Cedar Rapids branch. Katie attended Mt. Mercy College where she graduated in 2007 with her bachelor’s degree in social work and a minor in psychology. She received her master’s degree in social work from St. Ambrose University in 2008. While in college, Katie interned for The Arc of East Central Iowa in Cedar Rapids, IA and University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, IA. Katie specializes in depression, anxiety, adjustment related stressors, and self-harm. She works well with populations from as young as 5 years old to older adults. She is trained to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Katie often draws from multiple treatment modalities to create a customized treatment plan that fits the client’s mental health goals. Katie focuses on providing therapy that is both strengths-based and person-centered.



Lindsey Kutcher LMSW

Lindsey is a therapist at Life Connections and joined the team in May of 2019. She is a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) in the state of Iowa. Lindsey received her master’s degree in social work with a school social work endorsement from the University of Iowa and her bachelor’s degree in psychology and Spanish from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL. She has over two years of working with preschool through secondary students and school teams to support students with a variety of academic and behavioral concerns.
Lindsey is a Youth Mental Health First Aid Trainer in the Cedar Rapids Area. Lindsey is a member of Grant Wood Area Education Agency’s Critical Incident Stress Management Team that supports local schools in crisis within the next year. She is on the Iowa School Social Workers Board as the Web Master. Lindsey is a volunteer with CommUnity, a crisis chat line in Iowa City, IA. Lindsey is on the Iowa School Social Worker Board as the Webmaster.
Lindsey has experience consulting with preschool through secondary students, parents, and school staff teams for students with ADHD and Autism. Additionally, she has experience developing behavior plans and consulting with school teams and parents for students with Behavior Disorders, Mood Disorders, and other mental health disorders. While Lindsey works with all ages in therapy, teletherapy, and does assessments for BHIS.



Mark Wiezorek tLMHC

Mark’s career with Life Connections began in November of 2019. Mark is a Temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor (tLMHC) in the state of Iowa. He graduated from Coe College with his bachelor of arts in psychology and art. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree, Mark went on to complete his Master of Science degree in art therapy with a concentration in counseling at Mt. Mary University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Over the past two years, Mark has worked as an in-patient therapist at Psychiatric Medical Institute for Children in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, a highly respected service provider in the area. Mark served as part of a multidisciplinary team whose focus was to provide intensive therapy and support to high-risk and high- acuity children and their families. Mark provided weekly individual and family therapy, as well as occasional group therapy, utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, patient-centered and art therapy.
Mark’s degree in art therapy has allowed him to provide other avenues of expression when traditional talk therapy has not been effective. The primary focus of his work has been on improving the individual’s emotion regulation skills and/or family relationships in order to overcome challenges of everyday life.



Rebecca Booth LMSW

Rebecca began her career at Life Connections in November of 2019. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and provides individual, couples, and family therapy.
Rebecca also does assessments for Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS). Rebecca is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). Rebecca currently is the residing chair of the Johnson County Suicide Prevention Coalition board.
Rebecca attended the University of Iowa School of Social Work where she graduated in 2016 with her Bachelor of Arts in social work while also minoring in business. She received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Iowa School of Social Work in 2019. While in college, Rebecca interned for the University of Iowa Police Department and worked at Abbe Health in supportive community living.
Rebecca specializes in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-harm, stress, and adjustment related stressors. She works with all populations from as young as three to the elderly. Rebecca is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Rebecca is currently working towards certification in Animal Assisted Therapy.
