Mental Health Services Process
Getting started with mental health therapy can be intimidating, but Life Connections helps make getting help as easy and welcoming as possible. We will work to fit your availability and offer daytime and evening appointments.
The counseling process begins with an initial assessment conversation to get to know you and figure out the best way to assist you. At this appointment, you’ll complete necessary paperwork, and your mental health counselor will begin to form a treatment plan. After your assessment, your provider will help you determine the frequency of treatment and which services will benefit you most.
Insurance accepted for therapy
Our therapists accept Medicaid/Title 19, Hawki, Midlands Choice, Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum / United Healthcare / United Behavioral Health, EAP, and Private Pay options. Please call our office today if you have any questions regarding insurance coverage or fees associated with our therapy programs.
