Progressive Muscle Relaxation:

Imagine a wave of relaxation washing over you, starting at your toes and working its way up. Tense each muscle group for a few seconds, then let go. Feel the tension release as you move up your body, creating a soothing cascade of calm.

Grounding Techniques:

Grounding brings you back to the present moment. Engage your senses – name 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste. Feel the earth beneath your feet, anchoring you to the here and now.
