About Bailee Shepherd, LMHC

Bailee’s career with Life Connections began in May of 2025. Bailee graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from St. Ambrose University in 2019 before obtaining her Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Illinois University. Bailee went on to get her license to provide mental health therapy in both Iowa and Illinois. Bailee is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). Bailee’s focus is meeting individuals where they are at and empowering them to make better choices to meet their goals. Bailee has been trained in EMDR and is experienced in working with crisis de-escalation/intervention. Bailee has special interest in working with teens as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, life adjustments and trauma.
