About Autumn Kramer

Autumn Kramer is a Master Level Therapist at Life Connections, serving the Algona and Humboldt areas. She began her career at Life Connections in August of 2020 as a therapy intern. She provides individual and family counseling to children, adolescents, and adults, as well as assessments for Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS). Autumn attended Buena Vista University where she graduated in 2018 with her Bachelor of Arts in Human Services while also minoring in Psychology, Sociology, and Trauma Advocacy. In 2021 she completed her graduate studies, receiving her Master of Science in Education in Mental Health Counseling from Buena Vista University. Autumn is a current member in good standing with the American Counseling Association (ACA).

Autumn utilizes an integrative approach to therapy that combines different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of each individual client. Autumn is currently studying to become a Registered Play Therapist, offering play therapy techniques as a way to help children resolve problems, express emotions, and work through conflicts to help achieve optimal emotional health.
