Life Connections has provided the opportunity to ensure that the practice of Applied Behavior Analysis occurs with a focus on the clients and staff.  Each day we are able to provide highly individualized, focused and engaging treatment that focuses on increasing positive skills and engagement.  As BCBA’s, we are provided support so that we can utilize our skills in ABA without distraction.  And we are able to have a work and life balance with appropriate caseloads, clinic-based hours and encouragement to maintain our focus on people.  Management is very supportive and family/life focused.  I have enjoyed every minute of working here!

– Alyson Beytien, BCBA & Director of Autism Services at Life Connections

Coming to Life Connections has been one of the best experiences and decisions I could make for myself, both personally and professionally. The ability to have a positive impact on the community I work with, have positive work relationships and always know I will be supported by those who I work with is important to me. The ability to have flexibility and ability to make my own schedule as well as have the support that my children and family are able to come first is very important to me. This company allows for the opportunity to have a positive and healthy balance in my work-life balance.

-Renée Snyder, Behavioral Health Intervention Counselor at Life Connections in Clinton, Iowa

I enjoy sitting down with families and going over their child’s treatment plan and showing the progress they have made since our last meeting and how they can generalize these skills at home. It’s rewarding to find creative solutions that help families work through challenges they may be facing at home, using Applied Behavior Analysis strategies.
