About Brandon Drew, LMSW
Drew began a career with Life Connections in September 2025. Drew earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa, followed by two master’s degrees: a Master of Social Work from Aurora University and a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Buena Vista University.
Drew is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who provides services to children, adolescents, and adults. Drew brings over 20 years of experience as an educator and has also worked with University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Families Inc., and Four Oaks of Eastern Iowa. Currently, Drew is based in the Clinton office and also works within the Camanche Community School District.
Drew’s clinical approach emphasizes helping individuals reframe negative thoughts into positive, productive, and pro-social self-talk. Areas of focus include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Drew values meeting individuals where they are in life and supporting them in achieving the goals they have set for themselves.
