About Brittany Belles, MS.Ed., t-LMHC
Brittany Belles, MS.Ed., t-LMHC (she/her), a Clinical Mental Health Therapist passionate about supporting individuals—especially children and adolescents—as they navigate life’s challenges and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, experiential, and rooted in unconditional acceptance. I meet each client where they are, working together to explore what’s going on beneath the surface and build the tools and insight needed for meaningful growth. Whether you’re facing behavioral concerns, emotional overwhelm, or relationship struggles, my goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and empowered.
I integrate several evidence-based modalities in my work, including Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy techniques, and experiential interventions. I’m especially passionate about behavior intervention and helping clients understand the “why” behind their behaviors so we can develop effective, compassionate strategies for change.
I have experience working with clients of all ages, but my background is especially strong in supporting children and adolescents coping with ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). I believe therapy can be a powerful space for self-discovery, healing, and empowerment—no matter your age or where you’re starting from.
