Cassidy Potter, MSW
Cassidy began at Life Connections in May of 2024 after graduating and completing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loras College in Dubuque, IA. Prior to that, Cassidy graduated from Augustana College in May of 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Biology. Cassidy currently is a Temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor (tLMHC) that primarily works with adolescents and adults. Cassidy utilizes therapeutic approaches and techniques that include person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness. Cassidy’s specific interests include anxiety, depression, anger management, impulse control disorders, and self-esteem.
