Mariah earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Iowa in 2026. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

She primarily works with children aged 3 through 12, helping clients navigate concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, life transitions, self-esteem, ADHD, and trauma. She believes that every client has unique strengths and resilience, and she works collaboratively to help them build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and reach their personal goals.

Her therapeutic approach is tailored to each client’s individual needs. Mariah incorporates Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Attachment Theory in her work. When working with children, she uses creative and developmentally appropriate interventions to help them express emotions, build emotional awareness, and strengthen problem-solving skills.

She is committed to building authentic therapeutic relationships and believes that healing occurs through collaboration, trust, and empowerment. Her goal is to help every client recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and move toward a life that feels fulfilling and meaningful.
