About Nick Sohm, MA

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Creative Writing, Nick’s counseling journey began as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) with an interest in holistic and dual-diagnostic treatment. At this position, Nick found great satisfaction working with mothers and pregnant mothers seeking reunification using martial arts and mindfulness interventions for empowerment and stress regulation. Nick continued his education and completed a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology from Sam Houston State University with internships working with students on campus and youth in juvenile detention. Nick is currently a Masters Level Therapist and provides services in Perry and offers telehealth services.
