About Riley Mendoza, LMSW

Riley began her career with Life Connections as a therapy intern in 2021. Riley graduated with a Bachelors of Social Work and Bachelors in Psychology from St. Ambrose University in 2021 before continuing on to graduate with her Masters in Social Work from St. Ambrose University in 2022. Riley is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) that works with adolescents and adults. Riley provides tele-therapy to adults with depression, anxiety and other diagnosis. Riley utilizes cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and mindfulness therapy approaches with a focus on building a therapeutic relationship.
